CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand things happen, but I ask that you please try to cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Any appointments cancelled within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee of services booked. Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours or no-show appointments are subject to a 90% fee of services booked. All deposits from new clients are non-refundable. LATE: If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, I have the right to shorten or reschedule your appointment if needed. If your appointment needs rescheduled due to lateness, then you may be subject to a cancellation fee.
